All 14k Solid Gold orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery.

Orders for personalized jewelry are final sale only and can only be cancelled or altered within 24 hours of purchase due to the customization of the item.

Ready to ship jewelry (non-personalized) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange

We strive to do our best, however, if you find we've made a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us ASAP (within 5 days of receiving your product) and we'll quickly work to resolve the issue.

Note that we can't be held responsible for any re-makes due to the wrong size, color, material, or engravings/customization entered incorrect.

Warranty

All of our jewelry comes with a free 1-year warranty for tarnishing, broken chains and lost stones.

After year one, customers can contact customer service to process any repairs for scratched, broken chains, tarnishing etc... to be repaired for $24.99 plus shipping
